Shipping Policy

We dispatch wholesale lots from Kolhapur, Maharashtra to retailers across India.
1. Preparation & dispatch time
Each lot is hand-stitched to order in Kolhapur. The default preparation window is 3–5 business days from order confirmation, after which the lot is dispatched.
- Standard SKUs: 3–5 business days preparation, then dispatch.
- Bulk lots (50/100 pairs): may extend to 5–7 business days; you'll see the exact range on the product page.
- Made-to-order / custom colours: 7–14 business days, communicated at order time.
Your order confirmation page shows an estimated dispatch date. We treat business days as Monday–Saturday; Sundays and major public holidays are skipped.
2. Delivery time
- Maharashtra: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote pincodes (Northeast, J&K, A&N Islands): may take longer; we'll advise at checkout.
Delivery times depend on courier capacity and may extend during festivals, monsoons, or operational disruptions.
3. Shipping cost
- Calculated at checkout based on pincode and lot size.
- Special rates available for repeat retailers and large lots — contact us for a custom quote.
4. Couriers
We use a mix of courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, Shree Maruti, and regional carriers). The fastest available service for your destination is selected at dispatch.
5. Tracking
Once dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can also see it on your orders page.
6. Risk of loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the parcel is handed to the courier. We insure high-value lots and assist with claims. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. International shipping
